Jessica strives to guide her students through their own practice on their mat and believes yoga is for everyone. The change in her mind and body throughout the program resulted in feelings of contentment with the present she had long been missing. The program changed her outlook on life and reinforced her desire to live a life of more peace, love, and forgiveness. In April of 2015 Jessica completed her 200-HR Power Yoga Certification through CorePower Yoga in Chicago, IL, continued her education with Yoga Sculpt through CorePower Yoga in April 2016, and plans to continue her training in other areas of yoga. After practicing for a year she decided to pursue certification so she could share the benefits of yoga with others. Jessica couldn't believe what she had been missing. Immediately after attending her first Vinyasa class in December 2013 she was instantly hooked. This particular time slot isnt usually crowded so you can get better one-on-one help from the. Always looking for new physical challenges she decided to give yoga a try. Another good class to try is the 6am to 7am Power Fusion class.
